I was surprised to read in the paper this morning that Zones 3 & 6 were scheduled for pickup this week, leaving us out!

Just spent a few minutes on the phone with Susan at Solid Waste. She tells me that Zone 2 is scheduled for pickup next week. She specifically refused to guarantee that date, however. She did say that she updates the web site every Friday, as well as the phone recording at 706-613-3501, ext 450, and she sent the newspaper the current schedule Friday.

It seems that the mayor and commission have cut back on this service, causing scheduling trouble.
